Private betaNormalizing calendars for smart masses

Scheduling meetings is a sh*tshow. Not anymore.

Timefindr reads your group's real availability and proposes times that fit all of it — across timezones and working hours. The people you're meeting never create an account, never set a password, and never see a booking page. They click one button, once.

Timefindr is invite-only while we finish the rebuild.

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them touches the other people.

1
Connect your calendar

Sign in and link Google or Outlook once. Timefindr reads your free/busy times so it knows what you already have on.

2
Invite people by email

They get one email with one button. They approve read-only access to their free/busy times and they are done — no account, no password, nothing to install.

3
Ask for times

Pick who needs to be there and how long you need. Timefindr returns times that are genuinely open for all of them, ready to send.

Why it is different

You do the scheduling. They just say yes once.

Booking links put the work on the person you are trying to meet: open the page, read the slots, pick one, hope it is still free. Timefindr inverts that. You hold the whole process, and the people you are meeting do one thing, one time — and never again for any future meeting.

What they never have to do
  • Create an account or set a password

  • Log in to anything, ever

  • Open a booking page and pick a slot

  • Reply to another “does Tuesday work?” email

Right now

Somewhere, half your group has already gone home.

Working hours move with the planet. These are live.

Privacy

Timefindr sees when people are busy.Never what they are doing.

This is the whole reason someone will click the button in your invitation. We ask for the narrowest calendar permission that exists, and we ask for it read-only.

What it can see
  • When each person is busy or free

  • Their calendar timezone

  • Their working hours, if they set them

What it cannot
  • Meeting titles or descriptions

  • Who else is invited to their meetings

  • Attachments, notes, or locations

  • Anything at all it can create, edit, or delete

Built for real groups

The details that makecross-timezone scheduling actually work.

Everyone's own hours

A slot has to land inside each person's working hours in their own timezone — not yours. Chicago, London and Tokyo each get checked in local time.

One click to send

Every proposed time comes with add-to-calendar links for Google, Outlook and .ics, attendees already filled in.

Access that stays honest

If someone revokes access or changes their password, Timefindr notices, tells them, and stops guessing — rather than quietly returning wrong times.
